General terms and conditions of booking

Booking and price

The published price is final, with IGIC included, except for the optional extras indicated for each experience. No payment is taken on the website: bookings are requested via WhatsApp and the place is confirmed in writing, with the amount, the payment method and the deposit, if any.

Cancellation due to sea conditions

If the sea or weather conditions do not allow the activity to take place safely, the operator cancels and the customer chooses between a full refund or a free date change.

Cancellation by the customer

Deadlines and penalties to be defined with the client. They are communicated in writing in the confirmation, before payment.

Withdrawal

As these are leisure services for a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU); the cancellation conditions apply instead.

Requirements

Some activities require a driving licence (buggy), the ability to swim (jet ski) or a minimum age. The customer must meet these requirements; they are set out on each experience page.
