Most of what we run starts with a minibus outside your hotel. This page is about that part: which resorts the driver covers, roughly when he turns up, and the point on the map where the pick-up simply stops.
Collection runs along one stretch of coast: the arc between Maspalomas and Mogán. That takes in Playa del Inglés, San Agustín, Meloneras, Puerto Rico, Amadores, Taurito and Puerto de Mogán. Six of the eight activities carry that transfer inside the price you are quoted, so there is nothing to hand over on the day.
If your hotel is on a pedestrian street or inside a large complex, the meeting point is usually the nearest road a minibus can stop on, not the reception door. We send the exact spot on WhatsApp the evening before, with your time.
What time you will be collected
The group catamarans leave Puerto Rico at 10:30 and 15:30, so collection lands correspondingly earlier depending on where you are staying. The boat party casts off at 15:00 with pick-up around 14:00. The jeep safari is a half-day trip out of Maspalomas. Times shift with the number of stops on that run, so yours is confirmed the night before rather than printed as a fixed hour.
If the driver can't find you
Be outside five minutes early, phone on, our number saved. If the minibus pulls up and nobody is waiting, the driver gives it a few minutes and moves on, because everyone else aboard has a boat to catch. Message us the moment you realise. Sometimes we can add you to a later stop; sometimes the boat has gone. Better read now than argued about at 09:40.
Two departures that don't include the transfer
Boat party: the transfer is charged separately at €5 per person, there and back, on top of the trip itself from €59.
Private catamaran charter: no transfer at all. You make your own way down to the boat in Puerto Rico.
Everything else has it folded in: both group catamarans, the buggy tour, the 4x4 jeep safari, the jet ski safari and diving.
Where the pick-up stops
We do not collect from Las Palmas, the north of the island, Puerto de las Nieves or the airport: too far out of the way to fold into a route that still has to reach everyone else on time. Staying outside the arc does not rule you out: drive to the departure point yourself and you can join anything. That means the harbour at Puerto Rico for anything on water, and Maspalomas for the jeep safari.
